Sunfos Alessia Yachting is seeking for a passionate and talented Reservations & Sales Executive for a small and well-established company of owned sailing yachts based in Athens for the winter period and in Mykonos for the summer season (year-round full time position).

Responsibilities

  • Handle reservations request & offers via telephone, email, OTAs, GDS travel agents and tour operators
  • Develop reporting tools and sales processes to enable day to day operational management by coordinating diverse teams (operation, suppliers, etc.)
  • Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing)
  • Perform sales visits and exhibitions attendance
  • Process in publishing and distributing company services to our partners/clients
  • Be align with the company’s mission and vision, something to be passed also to our clients
  • Commercial awareness and business orientation
  • Do Competition analysis to identify key competitors and their policy
  • Assist in conducting market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)
  • Assist in setting financial targets/forecasts and budget development
  • Assist/attend in contracting
  • Assist in company promoting tools

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism Industry (preferably in Travel Agency)
  • Highly motivated and capable of working independently
  • Enthusiasm, team spirit, looking for challenges
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills in order to prioritize and manage a large volume of cases
  • Active listener and accurate communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to use creative thinking and advanced problem-solving skills by taking fast decisions
  • Ability to calmly thrive under pressure and perform consistently and promptly
  • English language – Proficient user in understanding, speaking and writing
  • French language optional and considered a plus
  • Proficient command of Microsoft Office tools
  • Looking for Stability
  • Car driving confidence with valid license
