RevitUp.direct is looking for a Revenue Management Specialist for all year round employment, based in Heraklion Crete or in hybrid model.

Revitup.direct is the first company in Greece to offer holistic services combining online sales, digital marketing and revenue management.

Main Responsibilities

  • OTA’s & Webhotelier Setup (B2C)
  • Wholesalers setup (B2B)
  • Channels’ management (OTA’s, WebHotelier, Β2Β’s etc) content and rates
  • Channel Manager PrimalRes daily management
  • Pricing Strategy & Implementation
  • Revenue & Yield Management
  • Rate parity issues
  • Reading & analysing reports
  • Daily/Weekly Communication with hotels
  • High Excel user
  • Monthly Strategic Meetings with hotels

Necessary qualifications

  • University or Technical Institute graduate
  • Experience in Hotel & Tourist Sector
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • MS-Office knowledge
  • Communication skills with presentation convenience
  • Developed communication (oral and written) and negotiating skills
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Teamwork, responsibility, consistency, self-motivated
  • One (1) year of experience in the same or related position

Plus, rated skills

  • Graduate Hospitality / Tourism
  • Relevant technological knowledge (web, Internet, systems)
  • Knowledge of 2 or more foreign languages
  • Experience in analyzing requirements & writing proposals/offers
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Familiarity with technology products
