AFEA Congress, one of the leading companies in the Global Meetings Industry, is looking for a Project Manager as part of the PCO (Professional Congress Organizer) department for a full-time position.

Responsibilities

Designing and organizing international and national conferences and events in Greece and abroad. The candidate will be involved in all levels and services of professional conference organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing | Business Administration | Travel & Tourism (preferred Degree in Travel & Tourism)
  • Required experience in a similar position of at least 1.5 years – ideally in a congress & events management company
  • Excellent knowledge of English in both writing and speaking | Knowledge of additional language will be appreciated
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office | Knowledge of Panasoft & congress management platforms will be taken into consideration
  • Knowledge and monitoring of new trends and applications
  • Communication skills and creative thinking
  • Courtesy, willingness and responsibility

Duration of employment: Indefinite
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 09:00 – 17:00
To start: Immediately

*Εmphasis will be given to candidates who have experience in organizing conferences, and/or to those who have studies in tourism professions.
