Hetco Tours is currently seeking a Travel Consultant to join the Ticketing & Business Travel department at the company’s offices in Ilisia (Hilton).
Responsibilities
- Provide consultancy and services for retail (walk-in) clients, including ferry tickets, air tickets, and excursions
- Provide consultancy and services for corporate travelers, including ferry and air tickets, hotel bookings, car rental booking, transfers and other travel related services
- Cooperate with our incoming department for our internal needs for ferry and air ticketing.
Minimum necessary qualifications
- Some degree from a tourism related institution
- Proficient in English
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications (word, excel)
- Excellent written and oral communications skills, strong team working skills, and public relations skills
- Able to work under pressure
- High level of professionalism and customer service skills
Desired qualifications
- Prior experience in similar position
- Knowledge of Panasoft back office system
- Knowlegde of Travelport-Galileo booking system
- Knowledge of Liknoss (Forthcrs) booking system
