The Blue Palace, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, on Crete is seeking a talented and ambitious professional for the position: Head of Ultimate Guest Service
- Lead the Ultimate Guest Service team.
- Serve as a departmental role model.
- Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services and local areas of interest and activities.
- Ensure that all Luxury Collection operational standards are followed.
- Anticipate and address guests’ service needs.
- Ensure employee compliance with company standards and policies and external regulations.
- At least 3 years of working experience, in a similar job role.
- Genuine passion for memorable and personalized guest experiences.
- Bachelor Degree in Hospitality/Tourism would be considered an asset.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Fluency in German or in French is considered an asset.
- Communication and Public Relations Skills.
- Leadership and teamworking skills.
