The Blue Palace, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, on Crete is seeking a talented and ambitious professional for the position: Head of Ultimate Guest Service

Key Duties:

  • Lead the Ultimate Guest Service team.
  • Serve as a departmental role model.
  • Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services and local areas of interest and activities.
  • Ensure that all Luxury Collection operational standards are followed.
  • Anticipate and address guests’ service needs.
  • Ensure employee compliance with company standards and policies and external regulations.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of working experience, in a similar job role.
  • Genuine passion for memorable and personalized guest experiences.
  • Bachelor Degree in Hospitality/Tourism would be considered an asset.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Fluency in German or in French is considered an asset.
  • Communication and Public Relations Skills.
  • Leadership and teamworking skills.
