Hyatt Regency Thessaloniki, a leading company in hospitality, is looking for a Guest Relations Host.

Qualifications

• Tourism hospitality degree
• Previous work experience of at least two years within hospitality industry
• Excellent command of English and PC literacy
• Fluency in other languages is considered a plus

Knowledge, skills, abilities

• Good business orientation
• Excellent organization and coordination skills
• Excellent interpersonal and administrative skills
• Teamwork mentality, forward thinking & ‘can-do’ attitude
• Creative and self-motivated
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize workload

Essential duties and responsibilities

• Excellent knowledge of the hotel and facilities, as well as of daily events, activities and food & beverage functions, in order to provide accurate information to guests
• Support our culture of taking care of our people, doing the extra mile with personal touch
• Support and introduce the World of Hyatt program in existing and potential members
• Coordinate and manage communication between guests and departments and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns
• Analyze customer feedback and online reviews and suggest ways to improve ratings
• Update database with all information collected from guests
• Recommend local tourist spots, shop and sight-seeing’s, making sure guests enjoy their overall stay
• Comply with Hyatt Brand Standards, Safety and Security policies
